Speed Queen Laundry in Houston seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative to join a friendly team. You will assist customers with payment systems, machine selection and operation, and wash/dry/fold orders, while keeping the store clean and safe.

We offer weekly pay starting at $12.00+ (experience dependent), on-the-job training, Free Wash Program weekly, and opportunities for monthly bonuses with recognition programs. Nights and weekends availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial laundry products and payment systems is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized during busy shifts.
• Basic computer skills for point-of-sale and payment systems.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service and Satisfaction: assist customers with payment systems, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash/dry/fold orders.
• Reports safety concerns and maintains a safe store environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of store and products.
• Document equipment and building maintenance issues and escalate as needed.
• Process sales and educate customers on products; upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times.
