Job summary

2ULaundry in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to greet customers, answer questions, and help troubleshoot any issues with our machines while learning the wash, dry, and fold process.

This front-of-house role requires a positive attitude, willingness to work nights and weekends, and the ability to stand for long hours. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions or issues.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and guide customers through processes.
• Sell laundry supplies and maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Wash, dry, and fold customer orders using the 2ULaundry method.
