Job summary

Speed Queen Laundry in Garland, TX is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and staff supervision for the Northstar Plaza location. You will manage merchandise, inventory, expenses, HR activities, and ensure strong customer service and store compliance.

You will lead recruiting and training, scheduling and payroll, safety and security, promotions, and cash office tasks while maintaining store cleanliness and a positive, high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of two years either multi-unit or big box retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of payment systems is a plus.
• Must be able to assist customers with downloading and navigating the Speed Queen Laundry APP.

Responsibilities

• Oversees full employee life cycle from recruitment to separation.
• Manage HR activities including orientation, training, development, scheduling, payroll, and counseling.
• Ensure customer service and satisfaction; maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain store safety, security, cleanliness, and upkeep; manage building and equipment maintenance.
• Handle cash/officer functions and reports; support promotions and policies.
