Job summary

Purestar-Group is seeking a Supervisor for its Commercial Laundry operation in Grapevine, TX. This full-time role supports the Valet Manager, coordinates daily schedules, oversees staff, and ensures timely cleanup and quality control of guest laundry and dry cleaning services.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to train or supervise staff, and the physical capacity to handle heavy loads and equipment in a climate-controlled laundry environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and organize work.
• Ability to follow valet procedures set forth by Five Star Hotel Laundry.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy loads up to 50 lb.
• Basic English communication to understand safety labels and instructions.
• Ability to push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 500 lbs.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Must be exact and detail oriented to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Valet Manager by preparing production reports and inventory of uniforms and supplies.
• Oversee and assign duties to staff and verify order completion and quality.
• Help staff meet deadlines and production targets.
• Supervise drivers and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Enforce department policies and issue disciplinary actions when needed.
