Job summary

Cinter Technology Services in Washington, DC is seeking a bilingual Korean/English Tier 2 IT Support Specialist with at least five years of enterprise IT support experience. This onsite role focuses on troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory and Windows environments while providing high-quality technical support to end users and executives.

The right candidate will handle Tier 2 issues, onboarding/offboarding, and VIP executive support, with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule and a 1-year

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least five years of hands-on IT support in an enterprise environment.
Bilingual Korean and English required.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals in Windows environments.
Troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory issues including user accounts, Group Policy, and login access.
Support Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Handle escalations from Tier 1 and collaborate with Tier 3 and infrastructure teams.
Provide onsite VIP support for executives and manage user access rights.
Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
