Job summary

HANJIN INTERMODAL AMERICA INC is seeking a 3PL Logistics Specialist to lead fulfillment operations, guide the team, and ensure orders ship accurately and on schedule. You will balance hands-on problem solving with day-to-day supervision in a fast-paced transportation environment.

The role requires English/Korean bilingual communication, a logistics-related degree, and extensive coordination of shipments, documentation, and customer interactions to maintain excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean required.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or related field preferred.
• 60% office work, 40% warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating shipments, tracking freight and handling documentation.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and deadline management, plus clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support for fulfillment processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Coordinate inventory movements and warehouse activities to ensure on-time orders.
• Prepare and process A/R and A/P transactions with accurate billing and reporting.
• Organize files for customer portals and print correct order fulfillments for warehouse operations.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and domestic/overseas partners.
• Maintain high customer service standards and monitor daily operations for staffing efficiency.
