HANJIN INTERMODAL AMERICA INC. is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Shipment Coordinator to support domestic and international logistics, including DoD shipments.

You will arrange work orders, coordinate with domestic and international agents, track shipments, and provide timely updates to customers. This role also supports accounts payable activities by reviewing vendor invoices, processing payment requests, and resolving billing discrepancies while maintaining accurate documentation and proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, SCM, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating shipments and tracking freight.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international DoD shipments.
• Manage work orders and coordinate with agents.
• Review and audit vendor invoices.
• Oversee daily logistics operations and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service on accounts.
• Track and update shipment data via tracing system.
• Submit and track vendor payment requests.
• Handle complaints and claims from customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation across processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
