Job summary

HANJIN INTERMODAL AMERICA INC is seeking a 3PL Logistics Specialist to support and manage inbound and outbound fulfillment operations. You will guide the fulfillment team, coordinate daily priorities, monitor order progress, and work with warehouse operations to resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate customer orders.

The role requires strong communication in English and Korean, a logistics-related degree, and a mix of office and hands-on warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean required for customer interactions and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 60% office work and 40% warehouse or logistics operations to balance coordination and hands-on tasks.
• Experience coordinating shipments, tracking freight, and managing transportation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support fulfillment process end-to-end, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Coordinate inventory movements and daily warehouse activities.
• Prepare and process A/R and A/P transactions with accurate invoicing and profitability reporting.
• Organize files for customer portals and ensure correct order fulfillment for warehouse operations.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and domestic/international partners.
• Provide excellent customer service with strong ownership and accountability.
• Monitor daily operations and assist workforce planning to maintain staffing and efficiency.

Job Summary

The 3PL Logistics Specialist supports and manages the team to successfully complete every order which may include the day-to-day inbound and outbound fulfillment operations, helping ensure customer orders, shipments, and warehouse activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role provides hands-on guidance to the fulfillment team, coordinates daily priorities and workflow, monitors order progress, and works closely with warehouse operations to resolve issues as they arise.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overall support for fulfillment business process by:
• Supporting the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders
• Coordinating inventory movements and warehouse activities
• Prepare and process Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) transactions, ensuring accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and profitability reporting
• Organize files for different customer portals and print out correct order fulfillment for warehouse operations
• Communicate with customers, vendors and domestic/oversea partner
• Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibility
• Monitor daily operational activities and support workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Korean (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 60% office work, 40% warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience in high level coordination, regarding shipments, tracking freight, and managing transportation documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach in English and Korean (due to our customers)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite applications
• Commitment to maintaining precise documentation and ensuring data accuracy across operational processes
