Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in a distribution center with 1–2 years direct client interaction and team leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, and transportation.
• Able to work independently and in a customer-facing capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Understand assigned customers’ business models, supply chain strategies, and contracts.
• Build relationships across Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and Brand Management.
• Lead customer growth and renewal initiatives, including RFPs and pricing.
• Manage operations projects with action plans and timely results.
• Provide KPI reporting, scorecards, and performance insights.
• Oversee inventory control, audits, and B2B adjustments.
• Monitor quality holds and ensure compliance with timelines.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and root causes.
• Support warehouse operations with metrics and regulatory readiness.
• Coordinate demand planning, labor scheduling, carrier performance, and exception management.
• Support forecast analysis and issue resolution with customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
