HYUNDAI-POSCO Louisiana Steel in Baton Rouge seeks an IT Planning & Governance professional to lead IT planning, governance, budgeting, and vendor management for HPLS, ensuring secure, reliable, and business-aligned technology capabilities.
The role works across HPLS functions and external partners to deliver safe, compliant, timely, and sustainable results during project execution and ongoing operations. Strong English skills are required; Korean proficiency preferred.
Professional working proficiency in both English and Korean is required.
The IT Planning & Governance establishes secure, reliable, and business-aligned technology capabilities for HPLS with independent ownership of assigned work. The role works across HPLS functions and external partners to deliver safe, compliant, timely, and sustainable results during project execution and ongoing operations.

The standard work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, work hours may be changed or adjusted based on operational, project, commissioning, emergency, or business needs. This position requires on-site work and is not eligible for remote work. Work is primarily performed at the Baton Rouge location and may include office, construction, commissioning, and/or operating-plant environments depending on assignment. Must be able to comply with site PPE, security, and safety requirements; travel between HPLS locations and vendor, partner, or project sites may be required.
