HYUNDAI-POSCO Louisiana Steel in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Payroll & Benefits professional to deliver accurate payroll processing and dependable benefits administration. The ideal candidate will manage payroll inputs, benefits, and related reporting with strong English language skills and professional working proficiency in Korean.
Professional working proficiency in both English and Korean is required.
The Payroll & Benefits delivers accurate payroll and dependable benefits administration while maintaining compliance, controls, and responsive employee service with guidance. The role works across HPLS functions and external partners to deliver safe, compliant, timely, and sustainable results during project execution and ongoing operations.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The standard work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, work hours may be changed or adjusted based on operational, project, commissioning, emergency, or business needs. This position requires on-site work and is not eligible for remote work. Work is primarily performed at the Baton Rouge location and may include office, construction, commissioning, and/or operating-plant environments depending on assignment. Must be able to comply with site PPE, security, and safety requirements; travel between HPLS locations and vendor, partner, or project sites may be required.
