The Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County is seeking a Probation Administration Assistant for the Juvenile Probation Department. You will provide administrative and organizational support to a dedicated team serving youth, families, and the community, helping ensure accurate records, timely filings, and compliant procedures in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time on-site role offers teamwork and service to public safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of general clerical experience or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) requested.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to calls and inquiries with knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Creates probation and diversion files.
• Makes and maintains the file room.
• Delivers internal mail and tracks documents.
• Schedules appointments and arranges evaluations.
• Provides administrative support to Probation Department teams.
