Actus Consulting Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Chicago office (Arlington Heights, IL). This part-time role runs 9 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 3 pm with a negotiable schedule, including a non-paid 1-hour lunch.

The position involves customer service, apartment management support, and general administration. Requirements include business-level Japanese and English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in business level Japanese and English.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist setting up utilities and support clients with housing related issues.
• Follow up with clients nearing renewal contracts (90 days).
• Update CRM and Excel spreadsheets to manage client status.
• Coordinate seminars and help clients move into the property.
• Communicate with new clients via phone or web conference to provide advice.
• Negotiate with property owners on behalf of clients.
• Maintain good relationships with corporate clients and manage daily service apartment duties.
• Support other team members and perform general office administration duties.
