Responsibilities

• Assist setting up utilities and support clients with housing related issues.
• Follow up with clients nearing renewal contracts (90 days).
• Update CRM and Excel spreadsheets to manage client status.
• Coordinate seminars and help clients move into the property.
• Communicate with new clients via phone or web conference to provide advice.
• Negotiate with property owners on behalf of clients.
• Maintain good relationships with corporate clients and manage daily service apartment duties.
• Support other team members and perform general office administration duties.

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Position Status: Part-Time

Regular Work Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm, Mondays - Fridays (including non-paid 1 hour lunch break) or 9am - 3pm, negotiable work time.
