Responsibilities

• Assist setting up utilities for clients.
• Support clients with housing issues.
• Follow up with clients on renewals (90 days prior).
• Update CRM and Excel spreadsheets to manage client status.
• Coordinate seminars and assist clients moving into properties.
• Communicate with new clients via phone or web conference.
• Negotiate with property owners on behalf of clients.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Manage daily service apartment duties.
• Support other team members and perform general admin duties.
