The role blends real estate services with corporate sales, supporting expatriates and clients through consultations, property showings, lease negotiations, and settle-in services.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-relocation web consultations, guiding neighborhoods, coordinating move-ins, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Japanese at professional level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to obtain Illinois Real Estate Salesperson License (costs covered by company).

Responsibilities

• Deliver relocation services to expatriates and support corporate sales initiatives.
• Conduct pre-relocation web consultations to assess needs.
• Assist clients in finding and touring residential properties and provide area insights.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and review lease contracts.
• Negotiate terms with property owners and manage relationships with management companies.
• Plan informational seminars to generate prospective clients and expand business reach.
