Pay: $20.00/hr.

Shift: MON - SUN: 4:00am-10:00am

As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial environment.
2. Supporting the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently and accurately to escalations.
3. Cleaning rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
4. Following Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
5. Supporting callouts by working directly or splitting shifts among the team and shift lead to cover operations daily schedules.
6. Providing feedback on ongoing activities and reporting escalations promptly to management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly, positive demeanor; ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in an organized and timely manner.
• Must pass KBS background check and drug test.
