Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of cleaners at client locations in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Engage with onsite clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Assign and evaluate daily tasks based on team members’ skills and needs.
• Inspect work to meet company standards and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the cleaning team.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Optimize work efficiency and adjust workflows as needed.
• Lead and support team development and motivation.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules for call outs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changing goals, and anticipate customer needs.
• Proven experience supervising 5+ employees.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication with management, staff, and clients.
• Reliable, diligent, detail-oriented.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend comfortably.
• Extensive standing and walking.
