Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of IT support or system administration experience
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day help desk and IT support for U.S. offices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Support and maintain systems and other business applications
• Assist with system administration, configurations, backups, security, and basic infrastructure tasks
• Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, and related IT equipment
• Provide user support and training for Microsoft Office and other business applications
• Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures
• Collaborate with IT leadership and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT operations
