Qualifications

• Proficient in Japanese and English communication.
• Experience in business operations, order coordination, customer support, logistics, sales support, or office administration.
• Experience handling quotations, orders, shipments, and invoices.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and dependable with strong follow-through.
• Able to communicate with US and Japan-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requests and follow up on pricing, orders, and delivery.
• Process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documentation.
• Track orders from RFQ to fulfillment and shipment.
• Communicate with customers, internal teams, and Japan counterparts.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping.
• Assist with import/export and shipping documentation.
• Enter and maintain order data in ERP and internal systems.
• Support local team with reports and admin tasks.
• Assist with general office operations and supply management.
