Responsibilities

• Enter new sales orders and quotations into the company system.
• Coordinate with factories in Japan to confirm production and shipping dates and communicate updates to customers.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and report issues to the Sales Manager.
• Process rush orders and update shipping information as needed.
• Determine shipping methods, routes, and carriers based on timing, specifications, and cost.
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.
• Issue invoices and credit memos.
• Support Accounts Receivable collection by contacting customers.
• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
