Job summary

Grapevine Operating Company is seeking a Technical Support I to provide on-site and remote end-user assistance across office, plant, and field environments. You will triage issues, document tickets in English, and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking colleagues.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work in a safety-conscious industrial setting, with after-hours/on-call rotation and site-to-site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of technical support experience required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience administering AD/M365 and user accounts.
• Experience imaging and deploying end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile).
• Ability to work onsite at industrial facilities and remote as needed.

Responsibilities

• Triage issues, create tickets, and apply troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide on-site and remote end-user support with strong customer service.
• Maintain documentation in English and communicate in Spanish when needed.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call rotation and travel between sites.
