Job summary

Inherent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Tampa, onsite from day 1. The candidate must be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to support a global user base.

Responsibilities include triage, incident resolution, and providing first-level hardware/software support for Office, VPN, Citrix, and device configurations. The role requires 1–5 years in IT support, knowledge of ServiceNow, and a willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field is required.
• 1–5 years of IT technical support or service desk experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows, iOS and Android OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system is preferred.
• Willingness to work 24x7 with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/L1.5 triage and resolution for incidents and requests.
• Assist users with hardware and software support (Office, VPN, Citrix, SCCM, etc.).
• Communicate with customers to provide remote solutions and clear explanations.
• Record knowledge articles and follow SOPs/work instructions for tickets.
• Meet SLAs and maintain CSAT targets; collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.
