Victaulic is seeking a Customer Care International Account Coordinator in the United States. You will respond to inquiries, process quotes and orders, and manage customs documents while supporting sales teams.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, promoting Victaulic products, and collaborating across departments to ensure outstanding service. A minimum of three years' customer service experience and bilingual ability are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
• Minimum three years of customer service experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience with Qlik View/Sense is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel occasionally

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional responses to inquiries from internal and external customers
• Process quotes and orders; handle phone, email, and chat inquiries timely and accurately
• Maintain and distribute customs documentation (NAFTA certificates, invoices, origin certificates, shippers letter of instruction and shippers export declaration)
• Respond to and resolve customer requests using established procedures
• Build relationships with customers and promote Victaulic products
• Assist customers in selecting products and identifying sales leads
• Identify and report system deficiencies to supervisor or management
• Provide feedback on procedures and process improvements
• Maintain documentation and files per procedures
• Support other departments to ensure excellent customer service
• Collaborate across the organization to deliver superior customer care
• Take on tasks and projects as assigned by CC Management
