The role emphasizes developing strong client relationships, data‑driven KPI delivery, and collaboration with the Integrated Sales division to maximize campaign success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing strategies for multi‑channel campaigns (radio, digital, OTT/CTV, social)
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Proven track record delivering revenue growth and hitting targets
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow existing clients
• Customize marketing solutions across channels to meet client objectives
• Coordinate with Radio and Digital Services teams to meet client goals
• Analyze KPIs and ensure KPIs are met with client campaigns
• Review higher level metrics like web traffic, CPA, ROAS with clients
• Champion company initiatives and use provided tools to succeed
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions
• Input client orders and coordinate with production and client success teams
• Ensure attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget goals
