Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care intake or enrollment processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with HHA Exchange software.
• Understanding of home care services, insurance verification, and enrollment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through obtaining home care services.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for home care.
• Answer calls from clients, caregivers, and professionals.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate care needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to share updates with clients.
• Assist clients in accessing CHHA, MLTC, CDPAP, and PCA services.
• Educate clients on eligibility criteria and options.
