Caring Angels Home Care in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time, experienced Intake Coordinator who speaks Spanish to join our team. The Intake Coordinator handles referrals, verifies insurance eligibility, educates patients about services, and coordinates care for skilled and non-skilled needs.

Knowledge of HHA Exchange and at least 1 year of intake experience are preferred. This in-person, Monday–Friday role offers health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Intake Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Receive and process referrals from hospitals, nursing homes, and physicians.
• Verify patient insurance to determine eligibility.
• Educate patients on services provided and insurance-approved care.
• Coordinate care for skilled and non-skilled services.
