Elite Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Intake Specialist to help clients navigate home health service enrollment. You will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about assisting individuals in need in the New York area.

This on-site role involves verifying insurance, handling calls, conducting initial assessments, and coordinating access to CHHA/MLTC/CDPAP/PCA services, with a pay range of $28–$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care intake or enrollment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HHA Exchange software.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and enrollment procedures.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients through home care service enrollment.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for home care services.
• Handle incoming calls from clients, caregivers, and professionals.
• Conduct initial assessments to determine care needs and level of care.
• Coordinate with marketing for updates and information for clients.
• Assist clients in accessing CHHA, MLTC, CDPAP, and PCA services.
• Educate clients on eligibility criteria and options.
