Job summary

Jobot is seeking a bilingual Intake Specialist for a busy Chicago litigation firm. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the intake process with warmth and professionalism, gathering essential case information, and helping attorneys evaluate potential matters.

This Loop-based, hybrid role offers a salary of $50,000–$52,000 per year along with full benefits and a collaborative team that values client service and open communication.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• 1+ year of client intake or relevant client-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with sharp attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism, discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and inquiries from prospective clients, moving seamlessly between English and Spanish.
• Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant case information.
• Serve as a compassionate, bilingual first point of contact, treating every client with empathy and discretion.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to follow up with leads and prospective clients.
• Schedule consultations and appointments and manage attorney and paralegal calendars.
• Manage client files and update document management systems.
• Route calls and collaborate across the firm to bridge communication gaps.
