OnderLaw, a nationwide personal injury and product liability law firm, is seeking a Bilingual Intake Representative (English/Spanish) to be the first contact for potential clients seeking legal representation. This is a full-time, in-office role in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients seeking legal representation for personal injury, product liability, or mass tort litigation cases.
• Gather information from potential clients to collect pertinent details regarding their legal cases.
• Evaluate the information obtained from clients to determine if the case meets criteria, identifying key legal issues and assessing likelihood of success.
• Accurately record and maintain detailed records of client interactions, case information and relevant data in case management system (SmartAdvocate).
• Follow up with potential clients to provide updates and maintain communication throughout the intake process.
