Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in the Racine, WI area seeking an Intake Specialist for a full-time, Monday to Friday position. This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers excellent benefits.

The Intake Specialist will provide in-person and phone customer service, ensure accurate data entry and documentation, and maintain thorough records in the company systems. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally accurate in preparing factual material and in proof reading

• Entering data into database
• Scanning and saving documents into computer file
• Uploading documents into business system for processing
• Checking applications for required data and using lists to compare date
• Previous office experience in a customer support role such as call center
• Computer skills required
• Proven track record of reliability and long-term commitment in prior roles.
