The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, comfortable working directly with the public, and able to work onsite with occasional field responsibilities. This role is critical in ensuring residents receive timely and accurate access to program resources.
Day-to-Day:
Assist the public with completing program applications
Perform income qualification and eligibility determinations
Conduct duplication of benefits calculations
Complete and support environmental reviews
Maintain accurate and organized applicant files
Respond to applicant questions and concerns
Coordinate with construction specialists and internal staff
Participate in home visits and community outreach events as needed
