Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating a team and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to gather and verify client information before consultations.
• Great attention to detail and judgment to spot gaps.
• Excellent communication to guide the team and prep notes.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and shifts calmly.
• Willingness to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Intake team and log Qlead in CampLegal within 24 hours.
• Oversee deadline compliance and uphold quality standards.
• Prepare and review actionable pre-consultation notes for consultants.
• Identify process improvements and train the team.
• Collaborate with Client Intake to ensure consistency across the journey.
