Qualifications

• Active U.S. Bar license required.
• 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U‑Visa, SIJS).
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish with native or fluent proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of personalized legal strategies for each client, aligning with their circumstances.
• Meticulously review family petitions, consular processing, waivers, and related filings.
• Grade and provide feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely document delivery.
• Represent clients in Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS after thorough preparation.
• Act as 'Attorney of the Day,' guiding the team and participating in operational meetings.
• Participate in Consultation Day Events with clients and partners.
