Mangone Law Firm, LLC is a New Jersey-based immigration law firm dedicated to helping new Americans obtain legal status. We seek an Intake Coordinator to lead the Intake team, ensure timely data collection, and maintain high-quality pre-consultation notes for clients across the U.S.

You will manage deadlines, review team work for gaps, and drive improvements across the intake journey, contributing to our growth and excellent client service.

Formación

• Prior experience leading or coordinating a team and overseeing day-to-day work.
• Experience ensuring deadline compliance and data quality.
• Ability to give clear feedback and direction to a team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Intake team, ensuring every Qlead is fully collected and logged in CampLegal within 24 hours.
• Oversee deadline compliance and quality standards, reviewing the team's work and correcting deviations promptly.
• Prepare and review actionable pre-consultation notes with immigration status, documentation, and history.
• Identify and propose process improvements, training the team and raising overall standards.
• Collaborate with Client Intake to ensure consistency from Qlead to active client.
