We are seeking a motivated, passionate Immigration Staff Attorney (English-Spanish) to join our frontline legal team. You will handle a full caseload, meet with clients, and collaborate with paralegals and staff to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Bar license required.
• 2+ years of immigration case experience (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS).
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish (native or high proficiency).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack and Camplegal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for each client.
• Meticulously review application packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
• Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely document delivery.
• Represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews before USCIS; participate as needed in consultations and day-to-day team operations.
