We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Operations Manager to join our dynamic team!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading teams or operations in high-volume, process-driven environments.
• Bilingual English-Spanish required.
• Proven experience managing production lines or workflows to remove bottlenecks.
• Ability to prevent and reduce backlog and anticipate operational risks.
• Analytical, process-driven thinking with KPI measurement and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire legal production line and ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep backlog-free.
• Drive team growth and raise quality and productivity.
• Set and track operational metrics and KPIs and adjust processes accordingly.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, Attorneys to ensure efficiency.
• Propose and implement medium- and long-term improvements.
