Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking an Intake Specialist I to coordinate the enrollment process for potential PACE participants and support retention efforts. The role is housed at the AltaMed PACE site and acts as a bridge between Marketing and Operations teams to ensure timely enrollment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare, a valid BLS, and bilingual ability in Cantonese/ Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ English or Spanish/English. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, or related field, or 2+ years of healthcare experience.
• Current valid BLS certification required.
• Minimum one-year experience working with the elderly and their families, preferably in a healthcare or community setting.
• Marketing/Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment of potential PACE participants and manage enrollments.
• Support retention efforts and assist in increasing PACE program membership.
• Explain services provided by the PACE Program to prospective participants.
• Track leads and enrollment progress using CRM; daily status reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company requirements.
