Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a bilingual Intake Specialist to join our Boca Raton office. This full-time role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, gathers information, and introduces services while ensuring accurate data entry into case management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and answer calls daily.
• Answer questions/concerns from clients regarding their claim.
• Process new client files for PI/First Party.
• Data entry of cases into case management systems (SmartAdvocate).
• Verify all information with the client (Insurance/Demographics/facts of loss).
• Assist in setting up a meeting with field reps/attorneys.
• Notify attorneys/case managers of file assignments and time-sensitive tasks.
• Follow up with pending leads until clients are retained by the firm.
• Communicate with doctor offices and assist clients in setting up initial appointments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
