Caring Angels Home Care in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time, experienced Intake Coordinator who speaks Spanish to join our team. The Intake Coordinator handles referrals, verifies insurance eligibility, educates patients about services, and coordinates care for skilled and non-skilled needs.

Knowledge of HHA Exchange and at least 1 year of intake experience are preferred. This in-person, Monday–Friday role offers health insurance and paid time off.

Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a full-time experienced Spanish speaking Intake Coordinator for our Brooklyn office. The Intake Coordinator plays an integral role in the Intake Department. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and excellence in patient care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Receive referrals from referral sources. Processing referrals received from marketing sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, and community physicians.

Verify patient’s insurance to determine eligibility

Educate patients on services we provide

Determine what services were approved by insurance

Contact patients to educate them on the services we can provide and assist them with their Home Care needs for skilled and non-skilled services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have knowledge of HHA Exchange
• 1 year of Intake Experience (Preferred)
