You’ll handle inbound service, policy maintenance, billing support, and claims guidance for English and Spanish-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• 1–2 years of verifiable experience in an insurance agency.

Responsibilities

• Primary Spanish contact for clients.
• Inbound service and policy maintenance.
• Billing support and claims guidance.
• Policy review and cross-selling.
• Retention and remarketing activities.
• Lead routing and data entry for the agency.
• Document processing and lienholder/mortgagee requests.
• Compliance and continuing education.
