This role emphasizes English/Spanish communication, service excellence, and teamwork in a friendly office. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus; Nevada property & casualty license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective policyholders to understand driving needs and recommend auto coverage.
• Provide clear, accurate quotes while highlighting benefits of our insurance products.
• Help new customers complete policy applications and gather necessary documentation.
• Review existing policies to identify gaps and propose updates or improvements.
• Maintain accurate client records in the database for seamless service and follow-up.
• Contribute to a welcoming office environment by supporting fellow agents and sharing best practices.
