• Explain insurance coverage options clearly and concisely to help clients make informed decisions.
• Assist policyholders with updates to their accounts, billing questions, and claims guidance.
• Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate protections that give our clients peace of mind.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions in our internal systems.
• Collaborate with the rest of our office to uphold our high standards of local service.
