Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, including policy structures and underwriting considerations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple leads and policy transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to obtain California license.
