Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is hiring an Insurance Agent in Los Angeles to sell nonstandard auto insurance and expand with homeowners and health insurance where applicable.

You will work with a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, supported by comprehensive training, licensing, and mentorship. Expect a base pay plus commission, sign-on bonus, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is preferred, but we will support obtaining one.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
