Qualifications

• Must be a strong in-person and phone communicator, with ability to build agency relationships.
• Must speak and write fluent Spanish.
• Must be mature, reliable, with ability to commute to territory.
• College degree required.

Responsibilities

• Solicits and writes policies and documents to increase product density.
• Coordinates with the owner to determine proper coverage.
• Provides underwriting for proposals and rating for new accounts.
• Executes realtor, mortgage and title company marketing programs.
• Maintains a sales record each month and reports to the owner.
• Logs and tracks all canceled policies and submits logs to the owner.
• Sends solicitation letters to parties on all claims as appropriate.
• Ensures waivers are signed and keeps license copies on file.
