Mauricio Leon-Risemberg – State Farm Agency in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Generalist who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. This is a sales and customer service role focused on helping customers find coverage that fits their needs.

We offer a base salary of $40,000–$50,000 plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, benefits, paid time off, health and life insurance, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Property & Casualty license required or must be able to obtain.
• Life & Health license required or must be able to obtain.
• Insurance sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Balance sales and customer service responsibilities.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, transfers, eligibility, and other insurance-related needs.
• Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to develop new business and strengthen relationships.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options.
• Meet or exceed established sales and service goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
