In this full-time role, you’ll build relationships, cross-sell where appropriate, and ensure accurate record-keeping while complying with state regulations. A customer‑focused attitude and Spanish/English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure adequate coverage.
• Educate customers about State Farm products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend products.
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain records.
• Collaborate with the agency team to meet goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulations.
