Chargoy Allstate Agency in Irving, TX is seeking a motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time, in-office role. You will quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Commercial Insurance, follow up with leads, cross-sell policies, and provide excellent customer service to meet sales goals.

The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication and sales skills, and willingness to obtain necessary licenses; experience in insurance or sales is preferred

• P&C and/or Life Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain license.

This is a full-time, in-office position with $18–$20/hour based on experience + bonus opportunities. Insurance or sales experience is preferred, and training and licensing assistance are available for qualified candidates.
