Job summary

Pronto Insurance in Hayward, CA is hiring a Full-time Sales Agent to deliver exceptional bilingual customer service (English/Spanish) and grow sales for insurance solutions. Training is fully paid, licensing costs are covered, and no prior insurance experience is required.

You will process changes, handle payments, and perform outreach to generate new business while supporting marketing efforts in the local community. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales or insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing through materials and community relations.
• Handle cash transactions and balance deposits.
• Open/close office and maintain a professional environment.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and company procedures.
• Travel to other office locations as needed.
